Our Story
In 2005, Zane LUCHKO & Partners have founded Logia Technologies on the premise that strong relationships and sound technology go hand-in-hand. Today, with immense clientele and partner base worldwide, we combine this idea with the pursuit of one common goal – excellence in Financial Technology (FinTech) and Digital Transformation services.

​Michael BOGLIO is CEO of Logia World. He joined the company in 2018 when he arranged the merger of Euroclear Clearing and Settlement Technologies with the core Logia solution offerings, namely Logia-OTC™, Logia-PTP™, Logia-CBCS™ and Logia-CTB™, transforming them into business Intellectual Properties.
Mr. Boglio has more than 30 years of experience in B2B client relations with great emphasis on asset management, financial planning and business development.
Zane LUCHKO, MSCS, has been voted as Chief Innovation & Technology Officer of Logia World in 2017 after serving in the capacity of VP, Technology for the company since 2005. Mr. LUCHKO is proprietary author of our core solution brands: Logia-OTC™, Logia-PTP™, Logia-CBCS™ and Logia-CTB™.
Prior to founding Logia World Zane has been utmost successful in FinTech and ERP Integration service provisioning to corporations worldwide dating back to 1992.
Kevin KANE of North Reach LLC is Logia's equity partner, bearing responsibility of Chief Client Acquisition & Retention Officer for US market, who has joined Logia World in 2022. Mr. KANE possesses affluent business clientele development skills in commercial real-estate and government segments.
Kevin has 28 years of experience in innovative customer engagement.

Graham OSLUND of LEMNIS Technologies Ltd. is Logia's equity partner, sharing responsibilities of Chief Client Relations & Financial Control Officer for Canadian market, who has joined Logia World in 2022. Mr. OSLUND possesses affluent financial control and operational management skills in Oil & Gas Upstream business segment.
Graham has 18 years of experience in enterprise financial planning and control.
